Service Description

The SIOP Training of Trainers (TOT) is a specialized professional development program designed to equip experienced educators and leaders with the skills to train others in the SIOP Model. Participants deepen their understanding of SIOP’s eight instructional components and learn techniques to effectively coach and support colleagues in implementing these strategies. This training emphasizes facilitation skills, observation techniques, and the use of feedback to enhance instructional quality, enabling trainers to foster a sustainable, school-wide approach to supporting English learners’ language and content development.
